AG3 Group, LLC, would like to announce the promotion of Mr. David Mata to Vice President of Business Development. During his 28-year career with TxDOT, he worked in the Hondo Area Office as a Survey Technician and Inspector and later moved to the San Antonio District. For eight years he worked for the TxDOT Bridge Department as an inspector and provided BRINSP services for on and off-system bridges. He was later promoted to Project Manager in the Survey Department where he was responsible for project plan reviews and consultant coordination.
