Originally from San Antonio, TX, Ms. Gonzalez is a professional engineer serving as President/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for AG3 Group, LLC. Over the past 20+ years and through her extensive involvement on numerous horizontal and vertical projects, Ms. Gonzalez has assembled in-depth civil engineering experience in the responsible oversight of the design and construction of transportation, traffic, aviation, rail, water and wastewater, and public/private development projects.

Ms. Gonzalez is also familiar with the complex processes and requirements of federal, state and local governmental standards and specifications.

As CEO, she has also facilitated growing her Firm into different disciplined divisions including Survey and General Construction and with expanding her Firm regionally with offices in Austin, TX, El Paso, TX, Arlington, TX and Oklahoma City, OK.

Ms. Gonzalez is actively involved and provides support to the Women in Transportation local chapter every year to help promote more women in the field of engineering.

When not working, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her kids, family, friends and collaborating with colleagues.
