Position Overview
AG3 is seeking a Survey Technician or SIT to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our engineering, survey, and construction teams to ensure accurate and compliant land surveying services. The position is open to our San Antonio office, Leander office, or fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and other survey team staff
  • Prepare detailed work orders for field crews
  • Perform daily processing of field data in TBC and Civil3D or OpenRoads
  • Perform project research and deed sketching
  • Perform CAD drafting of project deliverables

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ experience in CAD software producing survey deliverables
  • Prior experience with project research, deed sketching, data processing, and map finishing
  • Proficiency with survey software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation, OpenRoads Designer)
