Ayda Gonzalez, PE

Originally from San Antonio, TX, Ms. Gonzalez is a professional engineer serving as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for AG3 Group, LLC. Over the past 25+ years Ms. Gonzalez has assembled in-depth experience, growing her firm into different disciplined divisions including Civil Engineering, Survey and General Construction. She has also assisted with expanding her Firm regionally with offices in Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas, Eagle Pass, Houston, Leander, TX, and Oklahoma City, OK.

In 2019, Ms. Gonzalez was awarded the Luna Award for Outstanding Executive of the Year by the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association. The RHCA recognizes outstanding women in leadership roles for the Construction, Architecture, and Engineering fields.

Ms. Gonzalez is also actively involved and provides support to community and industry related organizations such as the Women in Transportation local chapter where every year she works to help promote more women in the field of engineering.

Vice President, Engineering Operations

Martin Gonzales, PE

Mr. Gonzales is a San Antonio, TX based professional engineer with over 17 years of experience. He has knowledge of wastewater, roadway design, drainage design, traffic analysis, construction of traffic signals, traffic control phasing design and operation of water and wastewater systems. Mr. Gonzales has been with AG3 since the beginning and is now leading our engineering department as the Vice President of Engineering Operations.

Vice President of Geospatial Division

Kevin Curfman

Mr. Curfman serves as a Vice President of Geospatial Division and has over 30 years’ experience in the survey field. Mr. Curfman is a former TxDOT San Antonio District Survey Manager and during his career with TxDOT, Kevin worked in the San Antonio District as a Survey Technician and LiDAR Specialist. For five years he worked on developing LiDAR standards for the State of Texas. Kevin is also well versed in the use of Terra Solid and Leica Cyclone softwares.

Amy Garza

As the Vice President of Business Development, Amy Garza is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s marketing and communication strategies. With over a decade of experience in the AEC Marketing industry, Amy has developed a deep understanding of how to effectively communicate a brand’s message to its target audience.

In addition to her marketing skills, Amy is a natural leader who excels at managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments. She has a proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and is passionate about driving growth and innovation within the organization.

Vice President of Survey

Edward Prince, RPLS

Mr. Prince is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor with over 26 years of surveying experience across Texas. He specializes in delivering integrated geospatial mapping solutions for civil infrastructure projects. His expertise is focused on project collaboration, team building, and workflow development.

Mr. Prince manages a team of Professional Surveyors and Geospatial Specialists from offices in San Antonio and Austin, Texas—both ideally located to serve clients and the surrounding Central and South Texas communities with efficiency and responsiveness.
